It's been about 5 weeks from our last post so we figured it was about time. So what's been going on? Laura's belly sure has gotten bigger. She has been feeling pretty well except for the nightly heartburn. I am afraid if the old wives tales are true, she is going to give birth to a hairy little ewok.
We have completed all of our classes. So I guess were ready to be parents...yeah right! I am still not sure why my presence was required at the breast feeding class. I am lacking the proper equipment to be much use in that department. The one surprise at the breastfeeding class was the instructor. We walked in and were surprised to find my cousin Darlene was teaching the class. She is a lactation consultant. Our last class was this past Monday night. We learned infant CPR and other child safety info. Hopefully we'll never need the CPR.
I have been busy working on the nursery. It started as putrid pepto-bismol pink room.
I promise I will put up pictures of the finished nursery soon. I am almost done.
