1st Haircut

The day before my big 1stBirthday Party I was just sitting around watching Elmo with my shaggy hair.

Then Mom told me it was time for my first haircut!

I was a little nervous at first with those buzzy clippers by my ears.

But I got used to it.

Boy is my hair long.

All done! What do you think?

Happy first birthday Sam!

I can't believe it has been one year already!

Here is a picture of me having my birthday pancakes this morning wearing my fun to be one hat.

I am having a big bash this weekend at Nana & Papa's house. My mommy says there are going to be at least 50 people there. I don't know how many 50 is, but it sounds like a lot. Check back next week, there is sure to be lots of new pictures posted.

After presents at home, we went to Nana & Papa's for breakfast.

We had all kinds of food. You should have seen how many eggs Katie ate!

The sticky bun cake was my favorite.

Cool, more new trucks!

I'm ready for a nap.

We went to Grandma & Pop's house for more Christmas fun. I took a two hour nap to prepare for the festivities.

Look! More presents! I hope there are some new trucks under that tree.

My new cousin Lyla.

My uncle Dave is shocked to see how big I've grown.

Chaos at the Gordons

I've never been so tired in all my life.

Part 5 - The day After

The next morning after Laura gave Sam his bottle, she put him down in front of all his new toys. He promptly turned around and crawled over to his books and picked out and began looking at his Santa book. I think it was his way of saying thank you to everyone.

Weather Pics for Auntie Jill

Auntie Jill said she is missing New England weather while living in Old England so are some pictures of what we've had so far.

These pictures are of the ice storm we had a week and half ago. My neighborhood wasn't hit too hard. Some areas of the city, like Burncoat, look like ice tornados went through. We were with-out power for about 18 hours. Some people still don't have power.

These pictures are from last night's storm. We probably got about 10 inches of the white stuff.

Sam can crawl....forward

After two months of only crawling backwards, Sam is finally crawling forward.
